On July 1st, the highly anticipated international trade fair for the rubber industry in 2024, known as DKT, kicks off grandly at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center. YIZUMI's A3 series rubber injection molding machine YL3-V350F makes its debut in Europe and becomes the focus of attention. Relying on YIZUMI's Global Innovation Center, the A3 series model takes full advantages of the platform's capabilities to maximize the product innovation value chain. This model has been comprehensively upgraded in terms of intelligent manufacturing, simplicity, green and safety, and it is YIZUMI's flagship product for the mid-to-high-end market.

YL3-V350F is equipped with YIZUMI's new generation of external FIFO plasticizing injection technology. This technology is derived from the in-depth research results of the joint R&D center of YIZUMI and Qingdao University of Science and Technology on the stress field, velocity field and temperature field of rubber in the plasticizing injection system. The technology has been further innovated after combining reliability, ease of use, and maintainability in the actual production process. In addition, the rubber compound and pressure field retained in the linear injection nozzle body have been optimized, making it an advanced technology that is unique in the industry.
